The new Condair CP3 electrode steam humidifier from Walter Meier combines versatile performance and precise control with ease of use and low cost of ownership, making it ideal for a wide range of applications including large offices, call centres, hospitals and production facilities

Suitable for use with normal drinking water, the CP3 covers the entire performance spectrum in just two unit sizes - making system planning, unit selection and maintenance very straightforward. Up to four units can be combined to give a total output of 180kg/h, with the ability to programme output down to the last kilogram.
In order to minimise water consumption, even where variable steam outputs are required, de-scaling is matched to the quality of the water. The system ensures that adequate fresh water is always available for steam production. The steam cylinder itself is optimised to make the best use of the available water conductivity and can be replaced in just a few minutes when necessary. All other components are also easily accessed for maintenance.
Operation is also very straightforward, via a multiple line LCD display that indicates all operating parameters. New values are easily added via the integrated keypad, which includes step-by-step guides so that even inexperienced users can quickly reconfigure the system.
The Condair CP3 also features e-Links, enabling full integration with a building management system via Modbus, LonWorks or BACnet networks.
Optional extras for enhanced control
Condair CP3 units can be supplied with the Condair FAN blower unit for directing humidification of room air, as well as the OptiSorp steam distribution system for short humidifying distances. OptiSorp is a non-corrosive turnkey unit which is ideal for precise steam distribution and can handle humidifying distances up to four times shorter that normal steam distribution pipes.
Walter Meier also offers a wide range of individually controllable sensors and controllers for use with the CP3 system, offering both on/off and continuous control.
