TurboFog is the ideal solution for flexible humidification in a wide range of applications, from offices to factories, food preparation areas and warehouses. TurboFog is a cold water system that delivers significant energy savings as, unlike steam humidifiers there is no heating of water – nor does it use compressed air to create a spray.

Hygiene and low humidifier maintenance are assured by the use of an integrated reverse osmosis plant and ultraviolet sterilizer which, with the pure water circuitry, ensures the water is hygienic and free of bacteria before it is sprayed into the space.

The TurboFog system uses a central high-pressure system to serve the humidifier heads located at key points in the building. The pulsation pressure from the system produces ultra-fine atomising at the nozzles, with no need for compressed air, releasing a mist that evaporates quickly into the air to increase humidity.

An additional benefit of the system is that the air is cooled adiabatically by the evaporation of the water, so that demands on the air conditioning system are reduced.
